Clean collared shirt (ie: polo shirt) with no logo, or plain scrub top. Clean jeans with no holes, or tears. Clean closed toe shoes. Please bring weather appropriate outdoor attire. (ie: warm work jacket, warm sturdy boots, hat, gloves, etc.)

Male visitors, interns & preceptors:

Hair must be clean and neatly groomed at all times and not present a health or safety hazard. No extreme hairstyles are permitted (i.e. trendy shaves, Mohawks, spikes or matted styles). Hair must be of natural color (not purple, green, etc.). What is considered extreme or a natural color is at the sole discretion of management.

Men’s faces must be freshly shaven before arriving at the hospital. Well-trimmed mustaches are allowed. Neatly trimmed beards and goatees are allowed. Management maintains the sole discretion as what is considered neatly trimmed.

Males are permitted to wear one stud earring per earlobe. No other visible forms of body piercing are allowed. Tongue piercing and earlets are not allowed.

Tattoos:

If you have a tattoo, it must be covered while visiting our facility.
Attire:
All visitors, interns, and preceptors must maintain a professional appearance while present in the hospital. Everyone is expected to dress in manner that is acceptable for meeting clients and other professionals. Depending on which part of the hospital that you will be visiting, jeans may not be allowed. Other items such as sweat suits, tank tops, logo T-shirts, or clothes with holes in them are not allowed. Sandals or other open shoes are not safe in the hospital environment and will not be allowed.
Name badges are required.
If you do not have one of your own we will provide you with one to use for the day. Please return it to us before you leave.
